1) What’s the difference between Local SoCal Coaching, Online Coaching, and Training Plans? 

The difference between the various options is communication and interaction. For Local Coaching, athletes have unlimited contact with their coach via text/email, occasional phone/FaceTime/Skype, and also get to meet with the coach in person for training sessions and meet ups. For Online Coaching, athletes have unlimited contact via text/email and ocassional phone/FaceTime/Skype. For Training Plans, there is an initial interaction with the coach to answer any questions about the plan and then athletes are on their own. If they find themselves in a position where they need more help, they can always upgrade to the Online or Local Coaching options.

2) I’m a slow runner/have just started, can you coach me? 

Of Course! We would love to have you join The Motivated Runner Family and coach you towards your dreams and goals no matter what they are. All we ask is for you to come with a great attitude and communicate well with us. We take on all types of runners, all shapes and sizes.

3) How long until I receive my training plan?

Once we receive all your forms, documentation, and payment, it takes approximately 1 week for us to hand craft and tailor a program to your strengths, schedule, history, and goals.

4) Do you offer triathlon coaching?

In the formal sense of triathlon coaching, we do not as of yet. We are gaining experience in the field but would like to learn more before venturing out to coaching triathletes. However, we would be more than happy to help you with the running portion of your program and can provide some insight into how running affects your training in the other two disciplines of the sport.

5) What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Cash, and Checks (however, plans are not released until checks clear).

6) What if I want to cancel my coaching?

We understand that life can be unpredictable and things such as injury, job loss, family matters, and others can come up that require your coaching to be cancelled. We can refund you for the months that you have paid for in advance if you are on either the Local or Online Coaching Programs. However, Training Programs cannot be refunded since all of our work is the hours that goes into making it specifically for you. We suggest that you use the plan once you return to training and your pre-injury level of fitness.

7) What if I want to upgrade from a Training Plan to Local or Online Coaching?
